Exceptional staff, light and airy rooms. There were a safe, a dining area and a seating area in the room, loved that. Ideal location to zurich zoo. Visited few places in the center, at a moderate distance from the hotel. A perfect 10/10 stay...

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was GREAT. Restaurant on site was great. Set in quiet area, restaurants and bars were near the hotel.
